Position Overview

The Ranchland Inn Ltd is seeking a dedicated **Cleaning Operations Supervisor** to oversee our housekeeping team. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within our facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or arrange for their training.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of **40 hours per week**. The primary language of work is **English**.
