Position Overview:
As the Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management for the S4 HANA project, you will play a crucial role in guiding the strategic vision and execution of change management initiatives. This key position requires an experienced professional adept at integrating change management practices, engaging stakeholders, and developing training programs to ensure a successful transition to the new system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage change management activities for SAP S4HANA, including oversight of resources within the implementation team.
- Work closely with system implementation consultants to embed change management strategies into the overall project framework.
- Create and execute a customized change management strategy for SAP S/4HANA, tailored to the unique culture and needs of the organization.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to address concerns, collect feedback, and foster support for the implementation.
- Design and implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders updated on project developments and changes to business processes.
- Conduct thorough change impact assessments and collaborate with Change Champions to devise mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to ensure all employees are proficient in SAP S/4HANA.
- Identify potential risks and resistance related to personnel changes, working with Change Champions to formulate targeted response plans.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts and overall project success.
- Act as a visible mentor to business and IT leaders, Change Champions, and implementation consultants, promoting the adoption of change initiatives.
- Prepare presentations for various stakeholder groups and assist in crafting communications to enhance awareness and understanding of the S/4HANA implementation.
- Develop reinforcement strategies and celebrate achievements to maintain momentum in change efforts.
Key Capability Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives in large-scale SAP implementations, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong grasp of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders across the organization.
- Proven ability to formulate and implement comprehensive change management strategies.
- Experience managing system implementation consultants and coordinating their efforts with internal teams.
- Experience in conducting change impact assessments and developing effective mitigation strategies.
- Strong project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-regional, and multi-cultural programs.
- Excellent active listening skills, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making abilities.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is advantageous.
General Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of relevant business experience.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with tight deadlines.
- Skilled in creating presentations and communications tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build credibility and foster strong client relationships.
- Meticulous attention to detail and task-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills, collaborative mindset, and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Change Management tools such as video editors and analytics.
