Position Overview

The Front Desk Manager at Alpine Meadows Resort Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences through effective management of front office operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and enforce operational policies and procedures for daily front desk activities.
  • Engage in negotiations with vendors for the procurement of necessary materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding the utilization of resort facilities.
  • Prepare financial plans and oversee income and expenditure.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly.
  • Provide assistance to clients and guests with specific needs.
  • Organize and establish work schedules for front desk staff.
