Currently, we manage over $2 billion in residential assets.

We are seeking a dedicated leasing professional, available for either part-time or full-time engagement, with the potential for up to 40 hours per week. This role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Leasing Specialist to contribute to our properties.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Preferred educational background includes a College or University Diploma
  • A minimum of two years of relevant leasing or sales experience in the property management sector
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Outstanding customer service aptitude
  • Proficiency in Office software and Yardi is mandatory
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience in advertising and marketing is considered an asset
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
  • Evaluate and qualify prospective tenants
  • Encourage viewings and appointments with potential clients, ensuring appropriate follow-up
  • Conduct property tours, addressing questions regarding amenities and the local community
  • Assist potential tenants in the qualification process by gathering necessary information and initiating background checks
  • Ensure that units are ready for occupancy in a timely manner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, aiming to exceed their expectations
  • Prioritize resident retention strategies
  • Coordinate all documentation related to apartment rentals, leases, and payments
  • Conduct regular market surveys
  • Perform additional duties as required
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts is necessary
  • Access to a vehicle is required
  • Must have internet and computer access
