Position Overview:

We are seeking a Claims Technical Consultant to enhance our property claims operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our claims standards and procedures are not only maintained but also continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and refine claims protocols and guidelines.
  • Offer expert technical assistance to management teams.
  • Guarantee uniformity in claim responses across various regions.
  • Work collaboratively with regional teams to optimize processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with underwriting departments.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in insurance products and underwriting practices.
  • Engage in projects aimed at revising insurance documentation.
Qualifications:
  • A university degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • In-depth understanding of property insurance principles.
  • A minimum of 10 years in the insurance claims sector, with at least 5 years focused on property claims.
  • Experience in delivering training programs is advantageous.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead meetings and manage projects effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a valuable asset.
