Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Attendant plays a vital role in assisting customers with their order pickups and returns while ensuring a high standard of customer service. This position also involves the
pre-packaging of customer orders and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and yard area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing customers with product information to ensure exceptional service and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized yard, adhering to established standards for product displays, stocking, and cleanliness.
  • Assembling and constructing heavy racking or display units as needed.
  • Preparing customer orders for pickup through effective pre-packaging.
  • Adhering to safety protocols in compliance with Qualico's Safety Program and relevant regulations, promptly reporting any safety violations or incidents to management.
  • Assisting with additional projects or tasks as assigned.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
  • Active listening skills, demonstrating an understanding and respect for others' viewpoints.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Completion of middle school education, with the ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • A minimum of 3 months of experience in customer service.
  • Capability to operate a forklift and other power tools.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check.
  • Physical ability to kneel, crouch, and lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
