Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Attendant plays a crucial role in assisting customers with their order pickups and returns while delivering exceptional service. This position also involves the
preparation of customer orders and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and surrounding areas.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customers with accurate product information to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintaining the yard in a tidy and organized manner, adhering to established standards for product displays, shelf stocking, and overall cleanliness.
  • Assembling and constructing heavy racking or store displays as needed.
  • Preparing customer orders for collection.
  • Adhering to Qualico's Safety Program and relevant safety regulations, promptly reporting any safety violations or incidents to management.
  • Assisting with various projects or tasks as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong listening abilities, demonstrating a non-judgmental approach to understanding others.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player, actively participating in the exchange of ideas and solutions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Completion of middle school education, with the ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • A minimum of 3 months of experience in customer service.
  • Capability to operate a forklift and other power tools.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check.
  • Physically fit to kneel, crouch, and lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
