Position Summary

As a Customer Service Attendant reporting to the Operations Manager, your primary role will be to assist clients with their order pickups and returns while ensuring a high standard of customer service. You will also be responsible for the
pre-packaging of customer orders and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and yard area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing customers with product information to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Maintaining the yard's appearance according to established standards, including product displays, shelf stocking, and overall cleanliness.
  • Constructing and assembling heavy racking or store displays as needed.
  • Pre-packaging customer orders for efficient pickup.
  • Adhering to Qualico's Safety Program and relevant safety regulations, promptly reporting any violations or incidents to management.
  • Assisting with other projects or duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Active listener who seeks to understand others in a respectful manner.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in a high-volume work environment.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to group discussions and shares ideas.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Completion of middle school education with the ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
  • A minimum of 3 months of experience in customer service.
  • Capability to operate a forklift and other power tools.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check.
  • Physically capable of kneeling, crouching, and lifting/carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
