Your Role
We are seeking a Director of National Grants & Foundations to lead our efforts in securing and managing a diverse array of funding sources. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing our fundraising strategies to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy for grants and foundations that aligns with our organizational objectives.
- Grant Management: Oversee the entire grant application process, ensuring high-quality submissions and compliance with all requirements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with foundation representatives and grant officers to foster ongoing support.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise a dedicated team, promoting a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
- Research and Prospecting: Direct prospect research initiatives to identify new funding opportunities and partnerships.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in grant writing or fundraising.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A proven track record of securing substantial grant funding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work model, combining in-office and remote work, with occasional travel required.
