We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to enhance our sales efforts in the Gatineau area. Your presence in the field and ability to foster strong connections with our teams and partners will be essential to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying, securing, and maintaining relationships with commercial waste collection clients
- Frequent travel, including overnight trips at least quarterly, to engage directly with your team in the Greater Montreal region
- Collaborating closely with the site director to develop and strengthen strategic partnerships, as well as working with financial and operational teams
- Playing a significant role in driving sales growth and executing innovative commercial strategies within the territory
What We Provide:
- A competitive base salary of $40,000 with an uncapped commission structure, leading to total earnings around $80,000 based on performance
