Logistics Specialist - Tomato E-commerce Inc.

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Tomato E-commerce Inc. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in a career in logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and partners to process and respond to their inquiries and requests.
  • Prepare and verify commercial invoices and bills of lading.
  • Record important information and transmit it to relevant departments.
  • Process and track orders, monitor and follow up on the transportation status of goods.
  • Update and maintain data in the logistics management system.
  • Prepare and submit customs clearance documents.
  • Coordinate and arrange the loading, storage, and delivery of goods.
  • Handle and settle costs related to the transportation of goods.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Chinese.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Preference given to candidates with a background in logistics or international trade.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Familiarity with MS Office.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-Time, Permanent position.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Compensation:

  • $20+/hour, with potential for salary adjustment based on performance.
