Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Faheem and Sons Enterprise Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Implementation

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.

Financial Management

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.

Team Management

Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and guidance to staff, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

Health and Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Marketing and Sales

Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating arrangements with suppliers and clients to drive business growth.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service to maintain a positive reputation.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
