Restaurant Manager Job Description

Oodle Noodle is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profits and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and manage budgets for food, ingredients, and supplies.
  • Evaluate daily operations and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.
  • Modify menu offerings and pricing to align with business goals.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and training to ensure high standards.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of business plans.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
