JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Motivate and influence a dynamic workforce.
- Recruit, train, and oversee Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids' Club departments to uphold Equinox brand standards, assisting in schedule development and payroll budget adherence.
- Conduct monthly and annual staff performance evaluations.
- Follow monthly ordering timelines and manage supply budgets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to club members.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to support ancillary departments and sales initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of departmental goals and monthly projections.
- Ensure club cleanliness according to Equinox standards.
- Adhere to Risk Management and Loss Prevention protocols, monitoring the safety and security of the club.
- Assist with additional projects or responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.
- Be open to location reassignment and flexible scheduling based on business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven leadership skills with 1-3 years of management experience in an operational setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Preferred experience in high-touch customer service.
- Effective time management and follow-up skills.
- Experience in financial management.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Details will be provided through the Assistant General Manager onboarding manual.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Must be mobile throughout the facility all day.
