Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff
You will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Develop and Implement Operational ProceduresYou will be responsible for developing and implementing operational procedures to ensure that our cafe runs smoothly and efficiently, including managing inventory, negotiating with suppliers, and planning and organizing daily operations.
Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are FollowedYou will be responsible for ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and ensuring that staff are aware of and comply with all relevant regulations.
Negotiate with Suppliers and ClientsYou will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers and clients to ensure that we maintain the highest standards of quality and service, including negotiating arrangements for food and other supplies, and negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities.
Lead and Instruct StaffYou will be responsible for leading and instructing staff, including providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Address Customer Complaints and ConcernsYou will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns, including resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Plan and Organize Daily OperationsYou will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, including managing inventory, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements- 3+ Years of Experience in a Cafe or Restaurant Environment
You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a cafe or restaurant environment, with a proven track record of success in a management role.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsYou will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead and instruct staff, negotiate with suppliers and clients, and address customer complaints and concerns.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced EnvironmentYou will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, including managing multiple tasks and priorities, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Ability to MultitaskYou will be able to multitask, including managing inventory, negotiating with suppliers, and planning and organizing daily operations.
