Café Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Manager to join our team at Sunny Day Cafe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Operational Planning: Determine the type of services to be offered, implement operational procedures, and maintain inventory to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all products are available and of high quality.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
- Client Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
- Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
