We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Buddha. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 32 hours per week
This role requires a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You must be physically demanding and able to stand for extended periods.
