We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Buddha. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company values.
- Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain the highest standards of food quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality results.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
