We are in search of a skilled and imaginative Creative Team Lead to guide our creative department. In this pivotal role, you will define our brand's essence, inspire innovation, and enhance our creative endeavors across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy and Vision:
a. Formulate and articulate a captivating brand vision.
b. Synchronize creative initiatives with organizational objectives and target demographics.
2. Creative Leadership:
a. Direct a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
b. Establish the creative trajectory for campaigns, product introductions, and brand strategies.
3. Conceptualization and Ideation:
a. Produce innovative ideas and original concepts.
b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to actualize ideas.
4. Design Excellence:
a. Guarantee superior design quality across digital, print, and multimedia formats.
b. Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on visual materials.
5. Campaign Execution:
a. Supervise the implementation of marketing initiatives.
b. Track performance indicators and refine strategies as necessary.
6. Collaboration:
a. Partner closely with marketing, product, and UX teams.
b. Cultivate a collaborative and innovative environment.
Qualifications:
• Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in a Creative Director or comparable position.
• A robust portfolio highlighting successful campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Expertise in design software and awareness of industry trends.
