The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Project Manager to join our Art Operations and Creative Art Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing project management tools and practices to improve cross-functional communication, address process pain-points, and help scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ongoing projects from scoping to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop workflows for various project types across our licensing, hospitality, and creative business units.
  • Support the enablement of projects that are on time, on budget, and meet client needs.
  • Manage time and resources by defining roles and responsibilities on a per-project and per workstream basis.
  • Set project timelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate team members and resources, schedule project kickoffs, check-ins, and other milestones, and manage end deliverables.
  • Train and enable team members to effectively work within standard project processes.
  • Collaborate with Programs, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Project Management experience, with a focus on creative industries.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
