Job Description

The Senior Regional Manager Indigenous Banking plays a vital role in driving business growth and development in the Indigenous community. As a key member of the Indigenous Banking team, this individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth in the Indigenous community
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Indigenous leaders, community organizations, and business partners
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in the Indigenous market
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and development in the Indigenous community
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to ensure their success and growth
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and relationship building
  • Strong understanding of the Indigenous market and its dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to meet with clients and stakeholders
