Your Role: Shaping the Future of Financial Operations

As a Chief Advisor in Strategy, Data, and Performance within our Financial Markets sector, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of our operations. You'll be at the forefront of strategic planning, leveraging data analysis to guide decision-making and ensure we remain competitive in the ever-evolving financial landscape.

  • Strategic Leadership: Guide the strategic direction of financial market operations, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Transformation Champion: Lead and execute transformation initiatives, identifying key priorities and driving successful project delivery.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to optimize processes and enhance performance.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT and Financial Markets, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Change Management Expertise: Guide stakeholders through change initiatives, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

Your Team: A Collaborative & Innovative Environment

You'll be part of a dynamic team of three colleagues within the Strategy, Data, and Performance department. We are known for our agility, expertise in financial markets, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

What You Bring: A Passion for Financial Markets & Transformation

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and eight years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of success in strategic planning, data analysis, and project management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A deep understanding of financial markets and regulatory landscape.
