About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Advisor Strategy Data and Performance to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the acceleration of our Financial Market Operations transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans to optimize data management, analytics, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.
  • Design and implement data visualization tools and reports to facilitate business intelligence and informed decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our Financial Market Operations.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a strategic advisory role, with expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines.
