Your Responsibilities:

  • Advise on the strategic pathways for financial market operations, fostering strategic thought and the enhancement of business processes through data insights, while driving the execution of strategic elements such as articulating the business vision and establishing comprehensive financial market goals.
  • Act as a pivotal figure in project conception, execution, and delivery. Assess priorities and engage in resolving intricate challenges, ensuring the success of initiatives.
  • Guide and mentor transformation leaders, both in practical applications and on targeted projects. Stay informed on best practices, integrating and disseminating knowledge to refine cross-functional processes while defining clear and thorough business requirements.
  • Revitalize transformation governance by continuously enhancing the transformation roadmap and documenting priority projects. Oversee efficiency and operational liabilities, ensuring project delivery aligns with best practices to realize anticipated business outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with our partners (IT, Financial Markets) to influence the progression of transformation projects and communicate the operational vision effectively.
  • Foster an environment conducive to change, engaging cross-functional teams and involving necessary expertise according to transformation demands, while demonstrating a keen interest in emerging technologies and innovation. You are a creative thinker and a recognized expert in your domain.

Your Team:

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Strategy, Data, and Performance within the Financial Markets Operations sector. You will be part of a dynamic team of three colleagues, known for its agility and comprehensive understanding of financial market activities and their supporting sub-processes.

Our professional team is committed to executing the strategic plan, collaborating with various partners across the organization, and encompassing all operations within the Financial Markets sector. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with ten years of pertinent experience OR Master's degree in a relevant field with eight years of pertinent experience OR University certificate with eight years of pertinent experience.
  • Proven influential leadership capabilities with senior management.
  • Understanding of financial markets and wealth management.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in comprehensive analysis and delivery of transformation projects.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to swiftly comprehend and address complex issues and provide relevant recommendations.
  • Demonstrated capacity to learn a business domain and identify key elements.
  • Proven change management abilities.
