This is a permanent position with a total of 36 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will lead and manage corporate initiatives using sound project management principles and approaches to ensure the ministry meets its targets. They will engage and motivate cross-divisional participation and input while executing corporate initiatives, and monitor and evaluate the impact of corporate initiatives on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will have a university graduation in a related field and 4 years of progressively responsible related experience. They will have knowledge and understanding of project management, issues management, stakeholder relations, and managing sensitive information in a complex policy environment. The Corporate Initiatives Lead will also have an in-depth understanding of complex policy and delivery systems within the Ministry, including its service delivery partners, not-for-profit and private sectors, and multiple levels of government. If you have advanced skills in project management, exquisite interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead from the front and all sides, you could be the person we are looking for.
