Position Overview

The role of the Administrative Support Specialist at SPEEDY AUTO SERVICE involves a variety of essential tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage office procedures and workflows
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for staff and clients
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages effectively
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner
  • Compile and maintain data, statistics, and other relevant information
  • Order and manage office supplies while maintaining inventory levels
  • Set up and oversee both manual and computerized filing systems
  • Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms
Work Environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks as needed
