Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and develop comprehensive therapy plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide integrated care and support
  • Use a hybrid model of care, including face-to-face and virtual sessions, to meet client needs
  • Develop and implement health promotion programs, prescribe equipment and supplies, and promote client safety

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Occupational Therapy
  • Current active registration and good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
