Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at All Canada Contracting & Renovation Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
- Design and implement layouts for buildings, ensuring compliance with local building codes
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes and steel
- Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail
- Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting
- Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth, Indigenous people and visible minorities
- Support employees with foreign credential recognition and provide cultural competency training to create a welcoming work environment
