Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at All Canada Contracting & Renovation Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials to exact specifications
- Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware to ensure a high-quality finish
- Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites to meet project deadlines
- Collaborate with colleagues to estimate costs and materials for projects
- Participate in initiatives that support newcomers and refugees, including foreign credential recognition
- Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth and support their career development
- Provide cultural competency training and awareness to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
- Support members of visible minorities through community programs and initiatives
- Permanent full-time position
- 40 hours per week
- English language
