Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects
  • Work in tandem with event coordinators to fulfill catering requirements
  • Oversee catering arrangements, including setup, schedules, and logistics
  • Engage in negotiations with clients regarding event particulars
  • Verify event specifics with clients and prepare essential documentation
  • Uphold Catering Agreements in accordance with established policies
  • Collaborate with suppliers as necessary
  • Ensure pricing consistency and propose premium menu options
  • Coordinate closely with hotel departments for seamless event execution

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Expertise in hotel sales systems
  • Flexibility in work hours
