Position Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable Client Support Specialist with expertise in Payroll processing specifically within the Healthcare domain. This role is pivotal as you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, delivering exceptional technical assistance and guiding them through their payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality support and adherence to service agreements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding application updates and relevant regulatory changes.
  • Oversee the complete implementation process for new clients, including needs assessment, programming, testing, and training.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and offering training to new personnel.
  • Maintain and update training materials and user documentation as necessary.
  • Assist in business development efforts, including proposal creation and presentation delivery.
  • Contribute to project planning and execution.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our applications to effectively address client inquiries.
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues promptly, collaborating with technical teams as needed.
  • Utilize a ticketing system to manage and resolve client requests efficiently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Payroll processing within the Healthcare sector.
  • Proficient in managing customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with crystal report writing and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with SQL or similar data modeling tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource systems and their interfaces.
  • Understanding of software concepts and user acceptance testing.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
