Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in payroll administration.
Work Environment
  • Office-based role at the head office.
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
  • Generate statements of earnings for employees, detailing gross and net salaries along with deductions such as taxes and benefits.
  • Maintain, update, and retrieve financial records efficiently.
  • Perform clerical tasks, including the organization of filing systems.
  • Prepare and balance period-end reports, ensuring reconciliation of payroll with bank statements.
  • Compile and submit documentation for employee benefits administration.
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries and benefit plans.
  • Compile relevant statistics and reports as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive payroll records.
  • Track employee attendance, leave, and overtime to determine pay and benefit eligibility using both manual and computerized systems.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately.
