**Job Summary**

We are looking for a talented and driven individual to fill the role of Senior Associate, Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and recruiting qualified talent to fulfill strategic direct-hire positions in the areas of finance and accounting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Proactively identify and assess qualified talent to fulfill strategic direct-hire positions in finance and accounting.
  • Full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting to hiring managers, negotiating offers, and assisting with onboarding.
  • Establish a network of passive candidates within the finance and accounting industries, including cold-calling and sourcing through professional networks.
  • Establish a pipeline of candidates for open roles with regular communication.
  • Provide qualified candidates in a timely manner to fill job orders from the Client Services team.

**Requirements**

  • You are a confident, self-motivated, smart, witty, honest, competitive team player who brings a large amount of enthusiasm and energy to the workplace.
  • A track record of high performance.
  • An undergraduate degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with a CPA (a plus).
  • 2-5 years of accounting/finance work experience is preferred.
  • Ability to sell and develop business through relationship building.
