Key Responsibilities- Elevate customer relationships through meaningful interactions and identify new business opportunities
- Manage and service customer accounts, balancing risk and ensuring portfolio growth
- Develop and implement promotional efforts to attract new and existing accounts for product campaigns and cross-platform partnerships
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools and work queues to understand customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve local goals and targets
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
- Valid driver's license with reliable and dedicated transportation
- Ability to frequently travel within your market to support our current and prospective customer base
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development
- Proficient in using technology required for the position, including mobile applications and software
- High level of accountability towards local goals and business targets
- Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 CAD + 15% Quarterly Incentive Plan
