Canada Business Transformation: American Oilfields Standard, INC Full time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team at Business Transformation: American Oilfields Standard, INC. As a Business Advisor International, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Development: Focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our presence in the market.
  2. Business Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, and contribute to the growth of our business.
  3. Client Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our internal teams.
  4. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns, and identify new business opportunities.
  5. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, and provide regular updates to management on sales progress and challenges.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  2. Skills: Proven sales and marketing experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of business operations and management.
  3. Personal Qualities: Dynamic and flexible, with a strong work ethic and a passion for driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  4. Language Skills: Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  5. Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
