Job Title: Distributor Sales Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Distributor Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our business in the Kitchener, Waterloo, Stratford, and Owen Sound areas of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop key accounts within your territory to drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our salon and spa partners
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
  • Collaborate with our vendor partners to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with a focus on consultative selling
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and ability to build online communities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
