About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at State Street. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, mentoring and developing their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve client services and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and products, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
