Client Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team at Acosta. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue with existing clients and secure new business opportunities.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication, issue resolution, and quality service delivery.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, including developing and executing account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing business plans, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, including regular business reviews, issue resolution, and quality service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience: 5+ years of account management or operations/management experience in a retail merchandising environment.
- Skills: Excellent relationship building skills, proven success in relationship building and management, outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization of tasks.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of the retail landscape, experience in executing resets within multiple channels, and proficiency in Excel.
