Position Overview

The role of the Restaurant Manager at Hi-Flyer Food (Canada) Inc. is crucial for overseeing the daily operations of our culinary establishment. This position demands a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and finalize financial reports, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
  • Staff Development: Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to team members.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels to meet operational needs.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety standards.
  • Marketing Participation: Engage in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, direct, and evaluate daily operations to enhance efficiency.
Team Leadership

Supervise a team of 16-20 individuals across various roles, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of College or CEGEP.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a managerial role within the food service industry.
  • Certifications: Possession of a Safe Food Handling certificate.
Technical Skills

Proficient in various software applications including:

  • Accounting software
  • MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Point of Sale systems
