Role: Equipment Service Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule inspections, servicing, and installations of automotive lifts.
  • Utilize the company's ERP system for effective management of service requests.
  • Provide administrative support to the Equipment team, ensuring timely communication with customers.
  • Create purchase orders and manage vendor follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to manage product logistics.
  • Invoice customers for services rendered and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain product knowledge and assist with inquiries from various teams.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with automotive shop equipment, particularly hydraulic lifts.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to adapt to various responsibilities.
