Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inspections, servicing, and installations of automotive lifts.
- Utilize the company's ERP system for effective management.
- Assist the installation team by providing quotes for repairs based on inspection findings.
- Offer comprehensive administrative support to the Equipment team.
- Ensure timely confirmation of installations, repairs, and inspections with customers.
- Create purchase orders and manage vendor communications.
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to manage product segregation.
- Invoice customers for various services rendered.
- Maintain product knowledge and provide assistance as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with automotive shop equipment, particularly hydraulic lifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented with a flexible approach to various responsibilities.

Compensation
Pay range: $21 - $25/hour, commensurate with experience.
