Technical Support Specialist

This role is centered around assisting users who encounter challenges with their computer systems. The successful candidate will be tasked with investigating and implementing effective solutions, as well as offering guidance and training to users. Furthermore, the individual will be responsible for documenting issues and resolutions for future reference and aiding in the configuration of equipment for employee utilization.

Primary Duties:
  • Address user requests and diagnose computer-related problems
  • Investigate and apply solutions utilizing technical documentation and resources
  • Deliver guidance and training to users
  • Keep a record of issues and their resolutions
  • Assist in the setup of equipment for staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage incidents
Qualifications:
