Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at Systematic Squad Inc.

Job Description:

The User Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users in response to identified difficulties. This includes consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users in a fast-paced environment
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
Work Environment:

The User Support Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
