Job Title: User Support Technician

At Whanux Market Research Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team. As a User Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our systems and applications are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and applications.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work on-site at our physical location.
