Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and quotas
  • Drive pipeline generation and develop account/territory plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives

  • Initiate and complete the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, making presentations, and overcoming objections to close the sale
  • Articulate Fujitsu product and solution differentiation to clients
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years experience selling solutions to government accounts
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota targets
  • Extensive network of contacts and deep understanding of the business sales cycle of the Canadian Government
  • Passion for getting things done in a dynamic sales and technology environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal)
  • Strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills, and ability to persuade
  • Capable of handling complex sales with contract options and able to discuss & negotiate contract T&C's
  • Current industry knowledge and experience selling IT Services & Solutions to Public Sector
  • Self-starter with effective cold calling skills and familiarity with sales tools
  • Bilingual in French a plus, not required
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Ability to travel 30-50% of time

Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $88,200.00 to $113,400.00 CAD. Additionally, this role is eligible for a sales incentive.
