Executive Vice President, Client Services

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as Vice President, Client Services. Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer, this individual will be responsible for leading the Claims and Disability Management team and ensuring the effective delivery of claims management services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a clear vision for claims management and decision-making processes.
- Provide inspirational leadership and direction to ensure efficient and quality processing and delivery of claims management services.
- Collaborate with the executive team, Board of Directors, and external partners to drive business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex administrative, operational, or policy issues.
- Accountable for key performance results and review operational initiatives to ensure the team and clients are successful.
- Oversee the first level of review for claim and premium-related issues through the DRDRB.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic five-year business plan and annual corporate objectives.
