Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business General Manager to join our team at Elder Tree Montessori. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business vision and goals.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting the interests of Elder Tree Montessori.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, ensuring the development of a high-performing leadership team.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring effective management of financial and human resources.
- Work Environment: Work Term: Permanent; Work Language: English; Hours: 35 hours per week.
