About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Elder Tree Montessori. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our organization, ensuring that our business goals and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, aligning with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to support business operations and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Human Resources: Develop and implement human resources strategies, including recruitment, talent management, and employee development.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
Requirements
  • Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
