Our Business Model
We operate a unique business model that redirects billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse. We purchase these items directly from local nonprofit organizations, providing them with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

We operate under several brands, including Savers (in the U.S.), 2nd Ave (in the U.S.), Value Village (in the U.S. and Canada), Unique (in the U.S.), Village des Valeurs (in Quebec), and Savers Australia.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and team members. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
