About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with various financial activities, such as making deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and cashing cheques. You will also be expected to identify customers' financial needs and provide them with the best solution through FNBC's products and services, while adhering to internal and regulatory policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Assist customers with financial transactions and activities
- Identify customers' financial needs and provide solutions
- Adhere to internal and regulatory policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Experience with financial institution software systems preferred
- Cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience preferred
- Acceptable criminal and credit checks
Work Environment
This is a permanent full-time position at our Walpole Island branch.
